When passing thru Louisiana, stop and try the food. My photo blog today had a restaurant side show
La-Cuisine-de-Maman which I did not even get to try. We had stopped for great food earlier and arrived too late for the tour at this Museum/park, not to mention the restaurant. But over the years, random food stops in LA have found me great places. Like this Landry's Seafood restaurant I happened on years ago just because I could see it coming from the highway when I was hungry.
